Club OJO ยท Invite only

PlayOJO VIP Program

Club OJO is the invite-only VIP club at PlayOJO. There are no points to chase: A-List Managers watch real play, send the invitation by e-mail and review every member each month. Here is what the A-List actually gives a Canadian player.

How to Join the PlayOJO VIP Program

There is no sign-up form, no deposit target and no points threshold for Club OJO. Membership is by invitation only, and the invitation arrives by e-mail from the PlayOJO A-List team.

That surprises a lot of players who come from casinos with a ten-tier ladder printed on the promotions page. PlayOJO does it differently. Its A-List Managers look at how OJOers actually play and invite the players they consider the most active. Nobody applies, and nobody can buy a place by making one huge deposit on a Friday night.

The club has a name for its members: A-Listers. Once you are in, you get a dedicated A-Lister Manager, and from then on your status is reviewed every month. Keep playing in a similar way and you stay on the list. Let your activity drop for a long stretch and the status can be removed. I like that PlayOJO says this openly instead of hiding it in small print.

One detail matters more than any other: A-List status is not tied to your OJO Level. The Levels Map is a separate reward ladder open to everyone, and reaching a high level does not send you into Club OJO automatically. The two run side by side.

The realistic route from first deposit to the A-List

  1. Open and verify

Register, make a first deposit from C$10 and pass the ID check early. A verified account is the one a manager can actually reward, and it keeps later withdrawals quick.

  2. Play your normal way

Activity is what the A-List team looks at. OJOplus pays money back on every bet while you play, so regular sessions are never wasted time even before any invitation.

  3. Watch your inbox

The invitation comes by e-mail. Keep marketing e-mails switched on in your account and check the spam folder, because a missed message is the most common reason an invite goes unseen.

A note for Ontario. Players there use playojo.ca, which appears in the iGaming Ontario directory of regulated sites. Provincial rules only allow direct marketing to players who gave consent on the gaming site itself, so if you want to hear from the A-List team, give that consent inside your playojo.ca account, not on some third-party page. Players must be 19 or older in Ontario and most provinces.

Which Games Count Towards Club OJO

PlayOJO does not publish a game weighting table for the A-List. The team looks at your play activity as a whole, across the whole lobby.

That is a relief if you are used to VIP schemes where blackjack earns a tenth of the points a slot does. At PlayOJO the two reward engines that run in the background, OJOplus and OJO Levels, both work on every game. OJOplus pays money back on every bet, on every game, straight into your OJOplus balance in real time. OJO Levels hands out points on every game with no cap. Neither of them excludes table games or live dealers.

So which games should you play to get noticed? Honestly, the ones you enjoy. Nothing in PlayOJO's own description of the club rewards switching to a game you do not like. The live tables are the one place where the A-List changes the game itself, because members can place bigger bets than standard players. If you already play live blackjack or roulette at the top of the normal range, that perk is the one you will feel first.

A few rows need a sentence each. The A-Lister Manager is a named contact who knows your account and your history. Faster withdrawals work through that manager, who nudges the payments team on your behalf; standard withdrawals are already aimed within a few hours after approval, so the gain is mostly on larger cash-outs. The exact higher withdrawal limit is not published, and it is agreed with your manager.

Exclusive Kickers are the A-List version of the daily hand-picked offers every OJOer sees: challenges, free offers and free spins packages. PlayOJO says it gives out over 35,000 free spins every week, with wins paid in cash. Super Spins and Mega Spins are OJO Wheel spins of higher value than regular free spins. Luxury gifts cover technology, vouchers, experiences and trips.

What is not published. PlayOJO does not list cash values for gifts, the size of the raised limits, or how many Super Spins a member receives. Anyone quoting a precise figure for these is guessing. We re-read the offers on Sep 28, 2026 and the list above still matched.

A Typical Points-Based VIP Scheme vs Club OJO

Most casino VIP clubs are really a points shop with a velvet rope. Club OJO has no points system at all, and that changes how it feels day to day.

At a typical casino

You earn comp points per bet, often at a lower rate on tables and live games. Points move you up tiers with names like Silver, Gold and Diamond. Each tier promises a bigger reload bonus, and that reload usually comes with a wagering requirement of 30x or more. Miss a monthly target and you slide down a tier, sometimes losing points you had not spent yet.

At PlayOJO

There are no VIP points to count and no tier table to climb. The A-List team invites the most active OJOers, reviews status monthly and hands out perks directly: a personal manager, faster and larger withdrawals, bigger live bets, exclusive Kickers, gifts and Super Spins. Every reward is paid with no wagering, so a spin win is simply cash.

Which model is better depends on what you want from a VIP scheme. Points systems are predictable: you can see exactly how far you are from the next tier. The trade-off is that the rewards at the end are mostly bonus money you still have to play through before you can touch it. Club OJO gives up that predictability. You cannot track progress on a bar, and some players find that frustrating.

What you get in exchange is a club where the rewards are real money or real things. For me that is the stronger deal. A tier upgrade that ends in a 35x reload is worth far less than it looks; a handful of Super Spins that pay straight into your cash balance is worth exactly what the reels say.

VIP Wagering in Plain Words

Wagering is the number of times you must bet a bonus before it turns into money you can withdraw. At PlayOJO that number is zero, for VIPs and for everyone else.

The PlayOJO promise covers every reward: no wagering, all free spin wins paid as cash, no max win on free spins and no minimum withdrawal. The A-List sits on top of that promise rather than beside it. Exclusive Kickers, Super Spins and Mega Spins on the OJO Wheel and prizes from A-Lister competitions are all paid in the same way as the welcome spins.

Why does this matter so much at VIP level? Because VIP bonuses elsewhere tend to be large, and a large bonus with wagering attached is a large amount of betting. Put a typical C$100 VIP reload at 35x into the calculator below and the default slot RTP of 96% shows the problem. You would need C$3,500 in total bets, and the expected cost of those bets is about C$140, more than the bonus itself. The expected balance left at the end is zero. Set wagering to 0 and the whole C$100 stays yours.

Wagering calculator

  • C$3,500total bets needed
  • C$140expected cost of the bets
  • C$0expected to be left
  • C$100same wins at PlayOJO, 0x

Expected values only: real sessions swing both ways. At PlayOJO free spin wins are paid as cash with no wagering, so the third line does not apply there.

Try your own numbers. Raise the RTP to 97% and the cost of wagering drops, but it never disappears. Lower the multiplier to 10x and the picture improves, yet you are still betting C$1,000 to release C$100. The only setting where the full value survives is the one PlayOJO uses.

VIP bonuses are free money, so wagering does not matter.
At 35x a C$100 reload asks for C$3,500 in bets. On an average slot the expected loss on that betting is bigger than the bonus.
No wagering must mean the rewards are tiny.
PlayOJO gives out over 35,000 free spins a week with wins paid in cash, and A-Listers add Super Spins and Mega Spins of higher value on top.

What the A-List Is Really Worth

Gifts and trips make the headlines. The value you feel every week comes from quieter things: OJOplus, the manager and higher limits.

Start with OJOplus, because every OJOer gets it and it never switches off. PlayOJO's own example is a slot that pays 96.4% elsewhere and 97% with OJOplus. The gap is 0.6 percentage points. On C$1,000 of spins that is about C$6 back in expectation, paid into your OJOplus balance as you play and collectable at any time with no restrictions. It sounds small per session. Over months of regular play, the kind that gets someone noticed by the A-List team, it adds up to real money that no points shop would give you in cash. Availability of OJOplus depends on the country, so check that it shows under OJO's face in your account.

Then the manager. A single contact who knows your history can sort out a raised withdrawal limit, speed up a payout and point you to Kickers that fit how you play. If you regularly cash out bigger amounts, that alone is worth more than a birthday gift.

You will feel the A-List if

  • you play live tables near the standard limits
  • you cash out larger sums and want them faster
  • you like challenges and tournaments
  • you prefer cash rewards to bonus balances

You will barely notice it if

  • you play a few small sessions a month
  • you want a points bar to track progress
  • you would change your budget just to get in
  • gifts matter more to you than limits

Every A-Lister starts with the same 50 no-wagering spins.

What to Do If the VIP Side Did Not Work

Most problems with Club OJO come down to three things: an invitation that has not arrived, a status that lapsed, or a perk that does not show up where you expect it.

No invite yet
There is no application, so the fix is patience and normal play. Keep your account verified, keep marketing e-mails switched on and check the spam folder. Do not raise deposits to force an invitation; the A-List team looks at activity over time, not one big night.
A-List status lost
Status is reviewed monthly and can be removed when activity drops. Money already paid to your cash balance stays yours. Keep playing the way you did before and ask live chat whether your account is being considered again.
Perk not showing
Exclusive Kickers appear in the Kickers section after you log in, and OJO Wheel spins, Super Spins and Mega Spins land in Rewards. Kickers last 24 hours, so an older one may have expired. If it is still missing, message your A-Lister Manager or live chat.
Withdrawal slower than expected
Check that your documents are approved and that you are paying out to a method in your name. Document checks are usually done within 12 hours. After that, ask your manager to nudge the payments team, which is exactly what the perk is for.

Live chat is open 24/7 once you log in, and it is the fastest route for anything account-related. There is no phone line, so do not waste time looking for one.

If chasing a status ever starts to feel like pressure, the OJO Safeguard tools in My Account let you set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude. Our self-exclusion guide walks through each option.

Our Check: What We Checked and When

Everything on this page comes from PlayOJO's own Canadian pages and public registers. Here is the order in which we read them.

  1. Read the Club OJO A-Listers page in full: invitation only, monthly review, not tied to OJO Levels, and the complete list of benefits used in the perks table.

  2. Read the Canadian Kickers page for the welcome offer: 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, C$10 minimum deposit, C$0.10 per spin, no wagering, 24 hours to use them.

  3. Re-read the offers, the OJOplus page and the OJO Wheel page before publishing. The terms quoted here still matched the official wording.

We also confirmed the licence details that sit behind the club. PlayOJO has been running since 2017 and is operated by Skill On Net Limited in Malta under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/171/2009, which showed as Licensed on the register in September 2026. Games are RNG-certified by iTech Labs, and eCOGRA acts as the dispute resolution service. You can read more in our safety check for Canadian players.

If you already play at PlayOJO and want to see whether the A-List suits you, the simplest test is to log in to PlayOJO and look at your Rewards and Kickers for a few weeks. We will re-check this page when the A-Listers page changes.

PlayOJO VIP Program FAQ

How do I become a VIP at PlayOJO?

You cannot sign up for Club OJO. PlayOJO's A-List Managers look at play activity and invite the top OJOers by e-mail. There is no deposit target or points total published, so the honest route is simply to play the way you normally would, keep your account verified and make sure you can receive e-mails from PlayOJO.

Is Club OJO the same as the OJO Levels?

No. OJO Levels is the open reward ladder every player climbs by earning points on every game, and it unlocks Free Spins, OJO Wheel spins, Prize Twister spins and cash prizes. Club OJO is a separate, invite-only club. PlayOJO states that A-List status is not tied to your OJO Level, so a high level does not guarantee an invitation.

Can I lose my A-Lister status?

Yes. PlayOJO reviews A-List status every month, and it can be removed if your activity drops. That is not a penalty, and money already paid to your cash balance stays yours. If you step away for a while and later return to your old pattern of play, the A-List team can invite you again.

Do VIP rewards at PlayOJO have wagering requirements?

No. The PlayOJO promise of no wagering on any reward covers the A-List too. Free spins from exclusive Kickers, Super Spins and Mega Spins on the OJO Wheel and prizes from A-Lister tournaments are paid as cash you can withdraw. There is also no minimum withdrawal and no max win on free spins.

Does the PlayOJO VIP program work in Ontario?

Ontario players use playojo.ca, which is listed in the iGaming Ontario directory of regulated sites. Under the AGCO rules, offers can be shown inside the site or app, or sent by direct marketing only to players who agreed to receive it on playojo.ca itself. If you want VIP e-mails, check your marketing preferences in your account.

What is the best perk for a Canadian A-Lister?

For most members it is the dedicated A-Lister Manager, because that one contact unlocks the rest: higher withdrawal limits, faster payouts through a nudge to the payments team, higher bets on live tables and tailored Kickers. Gifts and trips are the headline, but the manager is what you use every week.
